For Nidhi, pelvic health physiotherapy is more than treatment; it is a passion driven by helping individuals feel safe, confident, and connected to their bodies again. Many people live quietly with pelvic pain, pressure, leakage, heaviness, discomfort, or bowel concerns, often believing these symptoms are normal and something they must simply tolerate. Nidhi’s mission is to create a supportive space where these conversations feel natural, understood, and completely free from judgment. While Nidhi works with individuals of all ages and a wide range of concerns, her primary
clinical focus lies in supporting pregnancy and birth preparation, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, prolapse management, and constipation or bowel dysfunction. She also treats a variety of musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions, recognizing that the pelvis, core, posture, breathing, and whole-body movement are deeply interconnected.
From the very first session, patients can expect a detailed and compassionate assessment in a safe and comfortable environment, where your story, lifestyle, and personal goals truly matter. Nidhi believes that meaningful recovery happens when patients understand and actively
participate in their care. Rather than simply explaining what is wrong, she works collaboratively with each individual to help them understand what their body needs to heal, move efficiently, and function with confidence.
