Nikita has experience treating many musculoskeletal conditions using advanced massage techniques and therapeutic exercises. As a graduate of Mount Royal University's 2200-hour Massage Therapy program, she is trained in Swedish, therapeutic, myofascial stretching, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques. She is an advocate for selfcare, so you should expect to receive homework instructions for stretching and hydrotherapy after your massage!
Nikita enjoys helping her clients customize treatment plans to suit their long-term goals. She has experience treating athletes, seniors, construction workers, infants, pregnant women and the general public in clinics, schools, hospitals, and drop-in centers. She is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta.
Outside of the clinic, Nikita can be found practicing agility and scent detection work with her dogs. She loves road trips, painting, hiking, and anything dog related!
