Nikole started her journey of understanding the human body by graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. After realizing her passion for the health and wellness field, she graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with Honors.
While a student at VCMT, Nikole has had the opportunity to work with a variety of patients including athletes, seniors, and vulnerable populations. She is capable of, but not limited too, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, joint mobilization, and PNF stretching. Nikole is always looking to learn and expand her knowledge, so that she can offer individualized treatment to anyone seeking massage.
Outside of work, Nikole loves running the English Bay seawall, kickboxing, catching up on the latest space news, or spending quality time with her pup, Leo.
