Noah recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science, from the University of the Fraser Valley. Having grown up very active and played football for 10 years, he understands the pain, frustration, and psychological challenges that can accompany an injury. Noah recognizes that a lack of support following an injury or chronic health condition can create a negative environment that must be overcome during the fitness and rehabilitation process.
With a background in kinesiology and a commitment to culturally sensitive care, Noah integrates insights from the Sanyas Indigenous Cultural Safety course to foster holistic and effective health solutions tailored to First Nations communities. At Rebalance Rehab, he applies his skills to develop individualized rehabilitation programs that combine traditional knowledge with contemporary practices. His work focuses on empowering Indigenous populations through sustainable health initiatives, respectful collaboration, and the integration of cultural wisdom with modern methods.
By honoring cultural heritage and addressing health disparities, Noah strives to build a healthier, more resilient future for First Nations individuals and families. During the summer and fall months, he enjoys spending time exploring local rivers and fishing. He also stays physically active by lifting weights, playing ball hockey, and going on walks through his neighborhood.
