Noah is originally from Red Mountain (Rossland, B.C.). After moving around the world with his
parents as a kid, Noah’s family finally settled in North Vancouver where he finished high school.
During this time Noah earned provincial and rep appearances in Snowboarding, Tae Kwon Do,
rugby, football, and baseball.
After an unfortunate neck injury in a local snowboard competition, Noah underwent extensive
rehab himself and decided to focus on pursuing rugby. After two seasons playing amateur
rugby in Auckland (NZ) Noah had another significant back injury which only solidified his
appreciation and passion for quality rehabilitation. This is also when he decided to go back to
school and help others with their own rehabilitation journeys.
While earning his Honours degree from UBC, Noah took up several volunteer positions in the
neurological rehab space, completed a pilot on concussion incidence testing in contact sport
through the university’s sensorimotor lab, and played rugby for UBC. During his degree he also
started working as a high-performance strength and conditioning coach at an athletic centre in
North Vancouver.
After several years working with elite developmental, professional, and Olympic level clientele
in an active rehab and performance-based capacity, Noah wanted to be able to facilitate
greater and more long-lasting change to how people perceive, negotiate with, and overcome
injury & illness. He completed his Masters of Physiotherapy degree from the University of
Queensland (AU).
Noah uses his unique athletic, personal, and professional background to leverage client
performance issues early in the rehab process to progress clients off the treatment table and
efficiently return to their sport or performance activities within the shortest timeframe
possible. Built into this approach is the added benefit of providing clients tools for self-
management to avoid future or recurrent injuries and facilitate patients’ agency in their
healthcare seeking and management choices.

Book this appointment if you are a cyclist and wish to maximize your performance on the bike while also minimizing your chance for injuries. Appointment is 1-on-1 with a Certified Professional Bike Fitter and Registered Physiotherapist. You can expect a full history and physiotherapy assessment/treatment, as well as on-bike position assessment, all necessary adjustments to maximize comfort, safety, and performance, as well as appropriate drills and an exercise program to get you stronger on the bike.
Our initial concussion assessment is a thorough, one-on-one session designed to evaluate symptoms and identify areas affected by your injury, including balance, neck function, vision, and dizziness. Using evidence-based tools, your physiotherapist will assess how your brain, body, and nervous system are responding post-concussion. Whether you are returning to work, school, or sport, we will create a personalized treatment plan to help you recover safely and confidently.
Treadmill-based gait assessment session, including: video analysis, Runeasi AI-powered data collection and analysis, strength and mobility testing, and followup education and coaching. The Runeasi system utilizes a sensor to capture data on running quality, including measurements of impact loading, symmetry, and dynamic stability. Runeasi data is used in combination with other modes of gait analysis to guide effective interventions for improved running performance, economy, and safety. Through these sessions we can determine your individual running style, analyze findings related to your past or current injuries, and develop a plan to help you get the most out of your running.
A comprehensive assessment for runners of all levels to reduce injury risk and improve performance. The session includes a thorough movement screen to assess mobility, strength, and functional capacity and a detailed treadmill analysis to identify biomechanical imbalances and inefficiencies in technique. Based on the findings of the assessment, an individualized exercise program, footwear recommendations, and training guidance will be provided.
Our initial vestibular assessment is a detailed, one-on-one evaluation focused on identifying the cause of dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, or motion sensitivity. Your physiotherapist will assess the inner ear, eye movements, balance systems, and neck to determine how your body is processing movement and spatial awareness. Based on the findings, we will create a customized treatment plan to reduce symptoms, improve stability, and help you feel more confident in your daily activities
The Neuro-Development Treatment (NDT)/Bobath approach was developed by Berta and Karel Bobath as "LIVING CONCEPT". The approach is intended to grow and develop over time as new information is gained from clinical experience and scientific research. It is a specialized problem solving approach, which involves the treatment and management of movement dysfunction in individuals with central nervous system (CNS) pathophysiology. NDT is an interactive process among the individual, caregiver, and members of the interdisciplinary team.

**MUST BOOK INITIAL GAIT ANALYSIS & ASSESSMENT PRIOR TO THIS SESSION.** Runeasi guided gait training sessions to address relevant findings from initial assessment. Runeasi allows for real-time monitoring of your objective running quality, so we can directly assess the impact of running cues or interventions on your running performance. These sessions are also great for assessing the impact of different shoes on running performance, and for looking at the impact different speeds and terrain have on your running gait.
