Noah was raised in North Vancouver. During his formative athletic years Noah earned provincial and rep appearances in Snowboarding (Big Air), Tae Kwon Do, rugby, football, and baseball.
Through several personal experiences with serious injury, systemic health conditions, and chronic pain Noah gained an intimate appreciation for high-quality rehabilitation, as well as first-hand familiarity with several common pit-falls private clients experience. This led Noah to return to post secondary education, with the drive to help others navigate their own rehabilitation journeys efficiently, effectively and successfully.
While earning his Honours degree from UBC, Noah took up several volunteer positions in the neurological rehab and developmental disabilities space, was published in the areas of adolescent public health, mTBI in contact sport, and pain education, and he played rugby for UBC. During his degree he also started working as a high-performance strength and conditioning coach at Level 10 fitness.
After several years working with many elite developmental, professional, and Olympic athletes across a multitude of sports and programs, Noah wanted to be able to facilitate greater and more long-lasting change to how people perceive, negotiate with, and overcome injury and illness. Wanting to have the ability to provide hands-on care when necessary, he went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Queensland (AU).
Noah uses his unique athletic, personal, education and professional background to leverage client performance early in the rehab process to progress clients off the treatment table and return to their sport or performance activities within the shortest timeframe. Built into this approach is the added benefit of providing clients with tools for self-management to avoid future or recurrent injuries, and to facilitate greater patient agency in healthcare-seeking and decision-making.
This approach is designed to offer the greatest flexibility, tailored to the level of support an individual needs, while mitigating costs three dimensionally (time, money, energy), and without compromising the natural touch-points that keep patients on schedule and progressing as quick as safely possibly.
Noah is unique in how much he truly cares, how analytical he is, and in how he makes himself available to clients around the clock in order to facilitate better patient outcomes across a myriad of contexts and performance environments.
He truly understands movement, compensation, load intolerance, fatigue, and performance in a way few practitioners do.
