We offer red light therapy for the duration of your session. Face: MLD reduces fluid retention and improves circulation, while red light therapy improves collagen production, skin tone and texture, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles over time. This treatment includes the use of red light sonic vibration on the face. * MLD can be helpful in the treatment of chronic acne. A series of sessions may be recommended depending on your specific needs * Abdomen: MLD reduces excessive accumulation of superficial lymph fluid, promotes detoxification in the gut, and may be helpful in alleviating constipation.

This 30 minute follow up treatment is available to clients who have previously had an initial 60 or 90 min session. If you book this option as your initial session, your appointment will be cancelled. 30 minute treatments are great for focusing on one area of concern, or if you would like to support your lymphatic health with shorter sessions more regularly. 30 minute sessions are also appropriate for applying (or re-applying) lymphatic tape.
