She believes in a strength-based approach to supporting clients in navigating complex situations. She has experience in supporting clients with a range of psychiatric diagnoses and mood disorders such as Depression or Anxiety, primary psychotic disorders or Concurrent Disorders. She has supported clients and families in navigating Motor Vehicle Accidents, Addictions and complex trauma situations. She uses a client-centred approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills and Mindfulness. She incorporates a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, utilizing culturally adapted therapy to engage effectively with her clients.
