Norah uses a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes, along with guided vocal techniques and somatic inquiry. These practices invite the body to attune to its natural rhythms, fostering a sense of safety, presence, and aliveness. Hands-on techniques and movement exploration may also be incorporated to deepen the experience and support the body’s restorative journey.
