Nour is a dynamic and bubbly individual who is a graduate of Ontario College of Health & Technology. She is also a certified practitioner in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and Myofascial Cupping Therapy. She is especially passionate about helping people with live a more mobile lifestyle.
Nour believes in health and wellness for the long term. Her approach to treatments as well as her lifestyle circle around sustainable health choices.
In her free time, you can find Nour improving her yoga practice, going for a long walk in nature or fine tuning her guitar skills!
