I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College with recognition from OCAA Academic Honours from 2019-2022. Whether you are looking to relax, treat an ongoing issue or come in solely for maintenance purposes you will definitely find yourself relieved after treatment. Every treatment with me is personalized according to what you may be presenting with, all the way down to certain techniques that you like or don't like. I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space for each patient, your voice MATTERS. Plus, I do not take anything personally. I encourage you to use your voice and talk to me whether it be before, during or after your treatment.

TMD - Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction is a condition that affects the jaw joint and surrounding muscles. This can lead to pain, discomfort and difficulty in movement. The jaw allows for essential movements like speaking, chewing and yawning. At times when this joint is misaligned or inflamed it can cause jaw pain, headaches, clicking/popping sounds and limited movement. TMD often happens from teeth grinding, stress, trauma to the jaw or arthritis.
