Oksana Kolibaba, R.TCMP, R.Ac., is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist with over 10 years of clinical experience.
She is committed to working in partnership with her patients to achieve optimal health and well-being, using gentle, evidence-based approaches — including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and topical treatments — to address the root cause of imbalance.
Oksana treats a wide range of conditions, with a focus on stress, injuries, and support during pregnancy and perimenopause. Acupuncture during pregnancy can help relieve common prenatal symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, and back pain, while also supporting preparation for labour and postpartum recovery.
Her treatments emphasize nervous system regulation, helping patients feel more grounded, calm, and supported. She incorporates acupuncture, cupping, guasha, and tuina bodywork as part of a tailored approach to care.
Oksana also has a clinical focus on dermatology, supporting patients with conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea, with an emphasis on precise diagnosis and individualized treatment plans that support long-term skin health. She completed post-graduate training in Chinese Medicine Dermatology in New York City from 2016–2018.
In addition to her clinical practice, Oksana is a Professor at _Humber Polytechnic’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellness_, where she teaches advanced diagnosis and treatment, with a focus on TCM dermatology and herbal medicine.
Oksana is a registered member of the _College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario_ (CTCMPAO), _Traditional Chinese Medicine Ontario_ (TCMO), and the _International TCM Dermatology Association_ (ITCMDA).

The initial appointment reviews current and past health, primary concerns, and treatment goals. Includes a health intake, assessment and treatment.

Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture can help improve the appearance of: wrinkles and fine lines, age and sun spots, uneven skin tone and complexion, facial puffiness, and acne. Cosmetic Acupuncture works by naturally stimulating collagen production and increasing micro-circulation to improve skin health and appearance. Treatment includes facial acupuncture needles and select body points. Facial cupping or Gua Sha to improve lymphatic drainage, circulation and relaxation of facial tension. Due to the cosmetic nature of this treatment HST is applicable.

During your Initial appointment we will discuss your health history and your goals. We will then come up with a treatment plan together that works best for your individual reproductive health needs. This appointment includes an acupuncture treatment.

During your initial appointment your practitioner will review your health history and discuss what is bringing you in today. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan. Acupuncture during pregnancy is safe and effective during all trimesters and can be helpful for a variety of prenatal complaints (nausea, fatigue, insomnia, digestive issues, fluid retention, body pain and stress and anxiety), as well as prepare your body for a smooth labour.
