Olga’s lifelong quest for healthy living through unification of body, mind and spirit, set her on the path to Eastern Yoga and certification as a Yoga instructor in 2000 gave her a unique perspective on the necessity of balancing body, mind, diet and rest to bring harmony to our being.
This is an ideal environment for healing, reversing the effects of modern stress and promoting overall wellness.
Her academic studies and certification as an RMT/Sports Injury Therapist in 2008 further her understanding of how to create self harmony for healing and distinguishes her approach for enriching the lives of her clients.
Olga lives on the North Shore where she enjoys hiking, swimming, connecting with nature.
She loves spending time with her two daughters.
