Hi there, Ollie here.
Co-owner and Registered Massage Therapist at 'the good stuff.'
I first qualified as a Massage Therapist in London, UK in 2016. Then after moving to Canada and having 2 babies I re-qualified in Ontario in 2021.
I've been a huge advocate for Massage ever since I discovered the benefits it has for pain relief. I struggled for years with sciatica which eventually resulted in a herniated disc followed by a discectomy (back surgery).
I believe massage can play a huge part in prevention, maintenance and rehabilitation in our daily lives. So no matter where you are on your path, I'd be happy to join you.
