A prenatal massage is a full body massage performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist that is similar to a Swedish massage (like what you might experience at a spa) except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.

This immersive session combines the benefits of reflexology with Reiki energy healing for a full-body and energetic experience. 1) The first part of your session is hands-on reflexology tailored to your body’s needs (60 minutes): - Choose between Full-Body Wellness or Edema & Fluid Support. - A focused session to support circulation, relaxation, and overall balance 2) Reiki (60 minutes): - Guided energy healing for relaxation, emotional clarity, and energetic balance - Designed to flow intuitively, with approximately 30-40 minutes of Reiki and the remaining time for discussion, reflection, or integration as needed The session adapts to your unique needs in the moment - some clients may engage more verbally, while others receive primarily hands-on Reiki This combined session is ideal for clients looking for both physical and energetic support in one extended, healing experience.
