Olivia graduated the Registered Massage Therapy program in 2023 and is passionate about providing patient-centred care tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Her experience includes working in both clinical and spa environments, allowing her to combine therapeutic treatment with a focus on relaxation, comfort, and overall well-being.
In addition to her practice as an RMT, Olivia is an instructor at a local massage therapy college. She has experience working with a variety of populations, including perinatal clients, individuals managing chronic pain, those experiencing anxiety and stress, and clients seeking relaxation-focused treatments. Her treatments are customized to each client and may incorporate Swedish massage, myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and a variety of stretching techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall function.
