Olivia is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with youth, and 5 years working with adults in private practise.
She uses the Gottman method, self compassion, somatic techniques, and motivational interviewing in sessions with a focus on inner child healing. Her main areas of focus include:
- youth experiencing anxiety and concerns related to body image and confidence
- difficult pregnancies
- traumatic birth experiences
- coping with postpartum challenges
- evolving beliefs
- chronic stress and anxiety
- work and career wounds

"In our sessions you can expect a warm, compassionate and gentle approach. I like to focus on connecting the mind and body together by checking in about where you may be storing stress in your body.
My approach to counselling is strengths-based, motivational and collaborative. Within your comfort level I offer moments to connect with your inner child and learn how to ground by using psychosomatic techniques in each session.
