Olivia had been curious about massage therapy since early childhood. Over the years, she has helped family and friends with their physically uncomfortable experiences by massaging different muscles throughout the body and, from that moment on, she had been interested in pursuing a career in massage therapy.
Olivia has completed the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. She is motivated to move forward in her career path by doing what she loves: helping people in ways that make both herself and others feel great.
Between adaptable and natural learning experiences, Olivia's massage skills have only improved over time. Trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage techniques are a few of the variety of treatments that Olivia provides in her care.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys going on daily walks and engaging in stretching exercises to keep herself active and feel relaxed and refreshed by the end of each day. In the past, she has also participated in local badminton clubs to maintain both fitness and social activity.
Olivia focuses on developing and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships over time, with the goal of providing the most effective care for her clients. She intends to accomplish this by encouraging accurate education, assigning appropriate treatments and exercises, and showing true dedication and support to everyone she works with.
