Olivia is an experienced Mental Health Clinician, practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist. She currently supports first responders and health care staff individually and organizationally by providing annual wellness checks and individual therapy, facilitating psychoeducational sessions and critical incident debriefs, supporting Peer Support programs, and developing content to support public safety organizations. Olivia supports individuals across the mental health continuum, including providing care to clients who want to develop resilience and improve coping, and supporting clients with operational stress injuries (anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use disorders) in their recovery.
