**Meet Olivia!**
Olivia was born and raised just outside of Fredericton. Throughout her high school years, she always had a passion for sports and athletics. After graduating in 2020, she made the decision to pursue a career as a massage therapist. She proceeded to complete a 2-year program and graduated as class Valedictorian from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2023.
Olivia firmly believes that every client should be treated as an individual case. She prides herself on using science and evidence-based treatment planning. She works diligently to empower and educate her clients so that they live optimal lifestyles and take their health into their own hands. Olivia has experience treating chronic pain, acute injury, as well as neurological and joint conditions.
Throughout the winter of 2022, Olivia took her passion to the next level and completed courses through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and became a Certified Personal Trainer. This has allowed her to grow an even stronger base in providing remedial exercise to those she treats in a clinical setting as a massage therapist. She enjoys working with athletes and and looks forward to broadening her clientele even further. Olivia is very excited to be a member of the multi-disciplinary team at Max Health.
In her spare time, you’ll most likely find Olivia in the gym. Whether it be weightlifting, working with one-on-one clients, or leading HIIT classes at Full Body Fitness - the gym is where she finds her joy. She loves indulging in sports research and is always up for a new challenge. Olivia enjoys spending time with her two horses and exploring the outdoors with her family and friends.
