With 26 years of hands on experience and training in both Western and Eastern healing modalities, I have developed a unique approach to supporting others. A guided session focused on self healing through a unique combination of intentional focus, slow movement and deep breathing to help unwind stuck fascia, release muscle tension and improve mobility. With Fascial Maneuvers we will be working on the physical, emotional, mental and energetic field with guided and hands on assistance. The first 10 minutes of session will be sharing to understanding what your goals are and the remainder of time will be focused on Fascial Maneuver's. **Please wear comfortable clothing which allows your body to move freely.**
