Olivia graduated with honors from Trios College in 2022, earning her degree in Massage Therapy. She is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Specializing in deep tissue and cupping therapy, Olivia brings a wealth of expertise in injury-related massage to her practice. Her experience includes collaborating closely with physiotherapists and chiropractors, where she has witnessed firsthand the positive impacts of her treatments.

This treatment is performed using warm bamboo sticks of different shapes/sizes. The therapist will focus on areas of the neck/face and upper arms/shoulders. Warm Bamboo Massage for the face is an excellent treatment to assist with the relief of headaches, jaw pain, neck tension and may also help benefit sinus congestion by promoting health blood flow and lymphatic drainage of the face.
