Paige was born and raised in Harriston. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition followed by her Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition, from Brescia University College at Western University. With these certifications, she became a Registered Dietitian with a strong interest in chronic disease, intuitive eating, and weight management. Paige is happy to be returning to her roots in Harriston to help her community build healthy lifelong habits!
In Paige's spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga, trying new recipes, exploring new places, and hanging out with friends and family. She has an underlying love for sushi, poutine, and anything made with black beans!
