Reiki is a hands on form of alternative therapy, commonly known as natural healing or energy healing. Using the Universal life force energy (“rei”) the practitioner is concentrating and focusing this energy to enrich and heal the vital life force energy that flows through all living things (“ki”). Reiki directly targets the energy field around the body and the energy that flows through it. Our physical bodies, when perfectly balanced, are in harmony with their own energy field. When this relationship is not in tune, our bodies experience physical ailments, emotional turmoil and mental discomfort. The energy may be stagnant or blocked, which results in poor communication with our physical, emotional and mental bodies. This energy healing art improves the flow of energy and removes blockages, enables relaxation, reduces pain, speeds up healing. The Full Spirit Activation is the second activation after receiving the Life Activation session. The Full Spirit Activation balances other aspects of the energy structure including a balance of the chakras and the Tree of Life. Once the balancing is complete, the activation focuses on awakening different points of the brain and connecting those points to the body. This process helps to ground the soul more into the physical body, helping individuals to fight apathy, and feel more alive. Prerequisite: Complete Life Activation Session with 3 months of receiving this session.

This registration is for our February 22nd 2021-March 22nd 2021 HynoBirthing prenatal class. Classes will begin at 6:30pm on Mondays. This class will be held either virtually or in-person (to be determined closer to the date)
