When booking this appointment consider if you’re experiencing: persistent abdominal or pelvic pain, persistent low back or hip pain (unresponsive to standard treatments), post abdominal or gynaecological surgery recovery (DRA, tummy tuck, hysterectomy, digestive disorders (IBS, constipation, bloating), pelvic floor dysfunction (pelvic pain, pain with sexual activity, bowel or bladder concerns), perimenopause/menopausal symptoms, and menstrual or reproductive health concerns (painful periods, endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids). For continuity of ongoing care please also book 3 follow-up visits at 2 week intervals with the same practitioner.

This service can be very beneficial for those with suspected/diagnosed endometriosis, and improves body awareness and self care.

Individualized care for those navigating this newer life transition. Offering a safe and supportive space for menstruating tweens and teens to receive RMT care for menstrual-related symptoms - such as painful periods, constipation, hormonal headaches, stress, or pain in the low back, hips and legs. Common postpartum conditions massage therapy can support include: pain and discomfort throughout your body relating to the new physical demands of parenthood (feeding, carrying, etc), swelling relating to altered circulation or reduced mobility, c-section scar healing and mobility, diastasis recti recovery and an overall reduction in stress to improve your postpartum healing journey. Prenatal massage can help relieve common pregnancy aches and pains including: back aches, sciatica, hip and pelvic girdle pain, pubic symphysis dysfunction, neck pain and stiffness, leg cramps, headaches, pelvic and extremity swelling but improving circulation, improve posture and alignment and promote relaxation. Please choose this option if you are 1.) new to our clinic, or 2.) new to this treatment offering. This is a specialized treatment for clients that are 32+ weeks pregnant. This treatment focuses on enhancing and supporting uterine, abdominal and pelvic mobility to prepare for birth and encourage optimal fetal alignment. It is also beneficial for those experiencing pubic symphysis and round ligament pain and for decreasing heaviness and aching in the belly. For best results, please book 3 follow-up visits at 1-2 week intervals with the same practitioner.
