**Please book this appointment if this is your first acupuncture visit with Pamela. Please book initial facial healing acupuncture as your first visit if that is the treatment you are hoping to receive to ensure there is enough time scheduled for you.** The appointment begins with reviewing your health history and your current concerns that brought you in for acupuncture treatment. Diagnostic methods such as observation of pulse, tongue and range of motion are used. This visit includes acupuncture and may also include cupping and/or gua sha if it is recommended for your customized treatment plan. The duration of this visit is 75 minutes, but for some cases can be 90 minutes.

Please book this appointment ONLY if you have had an initial acupuncture visit at our clinic. This visit will include acupuncture only. We will continue to work on your current health concern. If it has been more than 3 months since you have seen Pamela, or would like to work on a new concern, please book the initial acupuncture visit to ensure there is enough time to address your needs. If you would like cupping or gua sha as well during your acupuncture treatment, please book Subsequent Acupuncture Visit + Cupping or Gua Sha.

**If there is your first time seeing Pamela, please book an initial acupuncture visit** The focus of this visit is on overall breast health. Cupping will be done on and around the breast tissue and acupuncture needles will be placed into the breast tissue directly and on the body. This treatment supports breast health, relieves tension in the area and enhances circulation and lymphatic flow. This treatment is great for recovering from any breast surgeries, changes to breast tissue from having children and for anyone holding tightness in the chest or breast area. ** Contraindication in people with breast implants ** if abdominal scar is to be included the fee for the visit is $175
