A Journey of Personal Transformation
Pamela’s path to becoming a counsellor and coach was shaped by her own personal transformation. After struggling with health issues in her teens due to poor dietary habits and self-destructive behaviors, a wake-up call in the form of a near-emergency hospital visit prompted Pamela to re-evaluate her life. With the support of her family and healthcare team, Pamela made a dramatic recovery, focusing on nutrition, mental health, and gut health—ultimately avoiding surgery and reclaiming her health.
This profound transformation fueled her passion for helping others overcome their own life and health challenges. As a former competitive diver and swimmer, Pamela understands the importance of a holistic approach to well-being, and this informs her counselling and coaching practice today.
Coach, Counsellor & Relationship Expert
Pamela’s transition from Colon Therapist to counsellor and coach came naturally as she discovered a deeper calling to help others. Her work as a therapist includes a wide range of areas such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, relationship dynamics, and self-worth. Whether clients seek to heal from past wounds or navigate current life transitions, Pamela’s guidance helps individuals and couples thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Pamela’s own experience with the breakdown of her marriage brought an added layer of understanding to her practice. Through personal pain and exploration, she became deeply committed to the healing and growth of relationships. She recognizes that, just as couples can experience the bliss of love, they can also face the profound challenges of loss and reconciliation. Pamela uses her personal insight and Gottman Method Couples Therapy expertise to help couples deepen their connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust.
A Holistic, Action-Oriented Approach
Pamela is known for her collaborative and solution-focused approach. She works alongside clients to identify their strengths and co-create meaningful solutions to the complex challenges they face. Whether addressing mental health issues, relationship struggles, or life transitions, Pamela’s empathetic, action-oriented style inspires lasting change and growth.
