"My past personal injuries ranged from sports injuries including playing Varsity Volleyball in College, to car accidents and a major concussion. My experiences are what initially inspired me to become a physiotherapist, and have reaffirmed my commitment to helping my patients. It's allowed me to have a deeper understanding and empathy towards what my patients go through, and how to treat them — I've learned firsthand what does and doesn't work for patients on the road to recovery."
Her life mantra is that no matter where life takes you, look at the positive aspects and then transfer that positive energy towards your physical health and well-being.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cycling, reading, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family. Her passions in life include traveling, dancing and listening to music.
