Paris graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Bryan College in 2024. Her studies and clinical training equipped her with a variety of treatment modalities such as myofascial release therapy, proprioceptive neurofacilitation therapy, hydrotherapy, as well as deep tissue, Swedish, pre and post natal massage techniques and more. Her speciality being deep tissue and aromatherapy treatments.
She is also a certified Reiki practitioner devoted to supporting your journey towards balance, clarity and spiritual alignment.
In her free time, Paris enjoys practicing pilates, yoga and meditation to continue facilitating her personal wellness journey. Activities such as reading, crocheting and solving puzzles helps Paris maintain mental focus.
Overall Paris is a passionate creative, who focuses treatments on healing by strengthening the mind and body connection.
