My name is Parm Serown, and I have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for nearly 24 years. I completed my training at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC.
Throughout my career, I have worked in multidisciplinary clinics in Kamloops and Abbotsford alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists. I enjoy being part of a collaborative, team-focused environment where we work together to help clients reach their health and wellness goals.
My treatment approach includes myofascial therapy, joint mobilization, neuromuscular therapy, Ligamentous Articular Strain Technique (L.A.S.T.), sports massage, and deep tissue massage. I tailor treatments to each individual to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy golfing, watching movies, cooking, and spending time with my family.
