Parmeet has a strong passion for client centered care and health promotion. After receiving her Physiotherapy designation in 2010, she went on to acquire an Honors Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.
A strong passion for women’s health led Parmeet to pursue a certification in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Parmeet has vast experience in pelvic health, treating many different conditions and concerns including pelvic pain, organ prolapse, bladder and bowel retraining/ strengthening, incontinence, pre-natal and post-natal therapy, pelvic girdle pain, and more. She is adept at working with all sexes and genders. Parmeet is additionally certified and skilled in the treatment of vestibular conditions including dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance.
Parmeet's pioneering mindset helps her create individualized care plans for each of her clients. She enjoys establishing dynamic relationships with her clients to enhances their healing process and to ensure their experience in her care is comfortable, safe and respectful.
Outside of work, Parmeet loves to partake in physical activities like biking and yoga. Parmeet’s biggest inspiration are her kids - their energy surpasses her own!
