My main goal is provide an inclusive safe space for you to share your story, to be heard, validated and for us to work through challenges on your journey to healing. I work from a system of collaboration, with therapeutic foundation in Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused and Relational-Cultural Therapy. I really focus in on supporting labelling emotions, highlighting your strengths and exploring how life has impacted you.
I have an array of experience I spent most of my career working with vulnerable inner city children and youth so I understand the importance of having a trauma informed approach and meeting individuals with where they are at.
