In 2014, I graduated from the massage program at Everest College. Since then, I have been passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind--and I motivate my clients to be active participants in their healing process.
What motivates me? Clients feedback after treatment, such as; Reduced and Eliminated Pain, Reduced Stress/Depression/Anxiety, Better Quality of Sleep, Improved Joint Mobility, Improved Circulation, Reduced Muscle Tension, Increased Sports Performance and faster Recovery Time and Increased Range-of-Motion.
I can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued and sore muscles (post-workout). I can also assist with injury rehabilitation, migraine relief or tension-related headaches. I also provide relaxation treatments.
I am also a certified Reiki Therapist and a proud member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
**60 minute massage that includes some Reiki** Reiki is a therapy often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a patient's body to facilitate the patient's process of healing. Reiki combines the Japanese and Chinese word-characters of "rei" (spiritual or supernatural) and "ki" (vital energy).
