Patricia has been in practice for over 30 years and has trained in several modalities including fascial release, cranial sacral therapy, osteopathy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and unwinding, deep tissue, scar tissue release, geriatrics, and end of life.
She also brings extensive training as a therapist and educator in the perinatal field working with pregnant and postpartum mums, partners, newborns and pediatrics. Patricia taught for several Massage Therapy Colleges in the Ottawa area and created Mum/Baby Outreach Programs in the Ottawa Hospital system for several years.
She is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO) and serves as a License Examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Her approach is holistic: trusting the body to reveal what it needs most, and, engaging her clients every step of the way. A native of Quebec City, Patricia is fluently bilingual, an avid Yoga Practitioner and hiker; and, she loves Standard Poodles!

Cranial Sacral Therapy and Fascial Unwinding treatments balance the Cranial Sacral system and release restrictions of the fascia.
As baby moves from the small space of the womb to the expansive outside world, its nervous system goes through many adjustments. Newborn and baby massage + cranial sacral therapy help with this transition and is used to address: gas, constipation, colic, tongue-tie, lip-tie, latching problems, torticollis, crying and sleep issues. It also encourages attachment.
Mum’s body goes through a marathon during labor. We alleviate muscular and postural aches and strains of labor, as well as decrease the lymphatic pooling of fluids. Remedial exercises, uterine involution and core strengthening help to self-correct more quickly and efficiently.
Helps maintain the integrity of mother’s body and the many postural and muscular changes of pregnancy. Prepares for a more positive labor outcome and the postural challenges of caring for the newborn. Remedial exercise plays an important role here.
