Patricia is a Registered Clinical Counsellor **(RCC)** and a Canadian Certified Counsellor **(CCC)** with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. She retired as an acupuncturist after over 14 years in practice. She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities who face various forms of oppression, racism and those who struggle with family dynamics. Hence, she knows how important it is to ground any therapeutic work in an understanding of how systems impact our daily lives.
Over the years, she has helped clients dealing with many complex lived experiences, including anxiety, depression, personal and collective grief, loss, fertility issues, challenging family dynamics, low self-esteem and self-worth and existential concerns (and more). She has also supported people searching for a purpose in their lives.
