I am co-owner of Thrive Now Physiotherapy and former president of the Physiotherapy Association of BC. I see a wide variety of patients, from those suffering with chronic pain, to injured workers, weekend warriors, and higher level athletes.

I commonly use intramuscular stimulation (IMS) to release tight muscles and combine this with my expertise as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist to prescribe appropriate flexibility and strengthening exercises.
