A true Vancouverite, Patrick was born and raised on the North Shore and grew up playing a multitude of sports - hockey, rugby, basketball, track and field, you name it. This meant a fair amount of injuries and many hours working with physiotherapists to rehab and help get him back onto the playing field. This is where he gained a deep respect and interest in the Physiotherapy profession, and he felt compelled to pursue a career as a physiotherapist.
Patrick completed his undergraduate degree at UBC in Kinesiology and his Masters degree at London South Bank University in London, England. He has previously worked as a kinesiologist in private clinics, and supported patients with orthopaedic injuries and concussions.
Patrick is passionate about helping people optimize their physical fitness and physical activity goals so that they can spend more time doing what they love. He works with clients through an individualized approach to meet their goals, whether that is returning to the playing field, or returning to a weekend hobby. In session with Patrick, you can expect a combination of manual therapy, exercises and tools to help self manage and prevent future injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Patrick can be found biking around the city looking for new beer and food spots, trying to learn how to play tennis, and spending many hours in the kitchen trying new recipes.
Patrick looks forward to supporting you in reaching your goals and helping you feel your best in your body.
