Paul has been working at a multidisciplinary clinic in Vancouver for the last five years and has
moved back to Langley where he grew up. In that time he worked with a wide array of different patients, from office workers to professional athletes.
His treatments are focused on restoring or enhancing functional movement and allowing
patients to live a pain-free lifestyle. Paul uses deep tissue and swedish massage with
myofascial trigger point release, neuro-muscular facilitation, joint mobilizations and
diaphragmatic breathing to get the best results from each treatment.
Paul believes in giving his patients the tools to take their physical health into their own hands
and provides specific stretches and exercises for patients to use throughout their day and
progress their own healing.

Lymphedema massage therapy aids to alleviate symptoms associated with Lymphedema, such as swelling, discomfort, limited range of motion, and tightness in the affected area. It focuses on promoting lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling and improve circulation. This is a 60 minutes Lymphedema Massage Therapy which includes assessment and treatment. All taxes are included in price.
