With a background in strength training and sports, Paul developed an early interest in
human movement and performance. Years of training and athletics, along with the
injuries that often come with them, sparked a deeper passion for understanding the
body and helping others manage pain and improve function.
After completing a bachelor’s degree in exercise sciences, Paul spent several years
working as a personal trainer, helping clients build strength and confidence through
evidence-based exercise coaching. Wanting to further expand his hands-on clinical
skills, he completed his Massage Therapy diploma with honours and additional training
in Cupping and Gua Sha. Using various assessments, deep tissue methods like trigger
point therapy, muscle stripping and frictioning, plus myofascial release techniques and
myotonics, Paul is here for you. So, share your story and let’s work together to make
improvements in your activities and well-being.
Drawing from both professional education and personal experience overcoming
training-related injuries, he is passionate about helping clients better understand their
bodies and stay active doing the things they enjoy. He loves his children, kettlebells and
other odd implements, days at the beach and learning new things.
