About Paula

Hello! I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with Paramount Psychology & Counselling. I welcome adults and couples with a variety of presenting issues, including but not limited to sexual dysfunction or dissatisfaction, conflict, infidelity, lack of connection, processing old wounds, and adapting to new circumstances. In my practice, I focus on establishing a welcoming and respectful environment tailored to your needs and circumstances. Through a collaborative approach, I hope to offer you the tools that empower you to achieve your goals. My education focused on sexuality, sexual health within religious groups, couple dynamics, and psychological changes that accompany big life transitions such as having children. I have completed training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2 and a post-graduate specialization in cognitive sex therapy. My practice is centred on cognitive-behavioural theory and combines elements from cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, and humanistic psychology.
