Insurance & Payment : We are pleased to offer direct billing for many insurance providers. Please contact our office to confirm if your insurer is eligible and to have the required forms sent to you. If you plan to use direct billing, all forms must be completed prior to your appointment . Payment is required at the time of service. We accept credit cards, cash and e-transfer and provide an itemized receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. As coverage varies by plan, please confirm with your insurer which professional designations are eligible under your policy.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule through your Jane profile, by calling 780-532-4944 or emailing admin@paramountpsychology.com.
