Please Note: Annette is currently registered as a Bachelor-level Registered Social Worker (RSW). Insurance coverage for Bachelor-level social work services varies between benefit plans, so clients are encouraged to verify eligibility with their insurance provider prior to booking.
Annette also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and is a PhD candidate. She is in the process of becoming a Registered Provisional Psychologist, at which time her registration and insurance eligibility will be updated accordingly.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
