Graduating from the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2012, Paulina has been practicing in Camrose for 14 years. With a diverse background in cupping, sports massage, active release & FRC, she works hard to provide her clients with individually tailored treatments to get them back to their life and activities, pain free.
In 2016 she began her journey into the world of Aerial Fitness, becoming a CPFA certified instructor. It was not long before she realized how she could connect her RMT background into this new sport: teaching group strength & flexibility classes, providing individual stretch therapy sessions, and training athletes both on the ground and in the air.
When not in the treatment room or in a hoop, Paulina spends time with her dogs, travelling, and enjoying great food.

These 1:1 sessions are specifically targeted to your needs. Through assessment, we will check for imbalances, compensations, and postural/functional issues.
