We will discuss and look at the presenting issues. Determine a plan of action. May include some functional movement to assess the issue.

30min Telehealth session can address concerns about what and how to stretch. Also functional movement exercises to assist with range of motion restrictions. We will have a quick discussion as to what your goals are with respect to releasing stiff muscles and helping with functional movement.

This will allow you to book 3 hours in a row for 3 people in the same household/bubble without the 30 minute wait time between clients. Each will be charged the same.
