Athletic Therapy is a hands on approach performed by our Kinesiologist. He will complete a thorough symptom review & movement assessment to determine which joints and muscles are tight and may be contributing to your discomfort.

Book this appointment as a follow up to your initial visit Kinesiologist. He will review your progress & challenges with your home stretch program, re-asses problematic areas and then you can fully relax while the practitioner uses various stretching techniques that specifically target tight areas such as; hips, legs, back, neck and shoulders. Following this appointment, he will progress or modify your home stretch program according to your needs.
