Payalpreet Kaur graduated with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in India in 2011.She was topper of her college with distinction in 4 subjects. She worked as a Physiotherapist in India in both hospital and clinic based settings.
Payal Immigrated to Canada in 2015 and completed a Canadian Healthcare Content Course at University of Toronto. She then finished her IEP program from UBC in 2017 and passed Canadian Physiotherapy National Examination.
She uses integrated Manual therapy (Mobilization, Soft tissue release, Trigger point release, Muscle energy technique and various other) with Exercise prescription to treat Orthopedic, Neurological, Sports, Work related and Motor vehicle accident injuries.
She also treat Post-op, chronic pain, Urinary incontinence and Uterus prolapse(Pelvic floor) cases.
She is interested to fortify her skills by taking new courses to upgrade her knowledge. Her Hobbies are spending time with family, travelling to new places and listening music. Payal is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
