I graduated from the Sutherland Chan School in 2021. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide demographic of patients, and find I work exceptionally well with treating patients of athletic backgrounds. I also have experience in treating professional athletes with the ATP and the Toronto Argonauts.
My treatment style consists of a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, joint mobilization and myofascial techniques. I am also certified in Neurofunctional Acupuncture through McMaster university, which can be included as part of your massage therapy treatments with me.
I take my time to thoroughly understand each of my patients’ specific goals and needs to tailor my treatment and self-care plan best for them.

The practitioner will place cups on areas of tension to release tightness and bring blood flow to encourage the body’s natural healing. A holistic approach to massage based on traditional Chinese medicine. The practitioner will treat certain acupressure points to relieve discomfort and encourage better circulation in the body. One-on-one private personal training session with Derek through video conference in the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Sessions may include strength training, balance and agility drills, kickboxing, interval bootcamp training, plyometrics, stretching, core work, etc.
