Peter graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at VCMT in April 2024, where he developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care and refined his therapeutic skills. His dedication to helping others stems from his personal experience after sustaining a shoulder injury while playing volleyball in university, he discovered the life-changing benefits of rehabilitation and manual therapy.
In his practice, Peter uses a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, and active/passive stretching, to address each patient's unique needs. His approach is focused on customizing treatments to help patients achieve their specific goals, whether it’s pain relief, increased mobility, or relaxation. Peter is committed to being there for his patients every step of the way, supporting them in their journey toward improved health and well-being.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys staying active by spending time outdoors, playing volleyball, exercising, and traveling. He is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of both physical and mental well-being. This philosophy plays a key role in his approach to patient care, as he aims to inspire and support his patients in adopting habits that promote lasting wellness.

Hot stones massage is used to help with muscle release on affected areas. During the treatment, smooth, flat, and heated stones are used on targeted areas to help with damaged soft tissues along with improving blood circulations; therefore, it is not a full body treatment. Combined with manual massage techniques it can also help with reducing stress and anxiety.
