Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Phi’s journey into health and fitness started in his younger years through competitive swimming. As he transitioned into high school, he discovered weight training, a passion he’s pursued ever since. This personal fitness journey fuels his commitment to helping others overcome pain, improve movement, and live each day with comfort and confidence.
Phi combines his hands-on experience with a deep understanding of manual therapy, comprehensive assessments, and remedial exercises to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. His approach is designed to inspire long-term wellness, addressing both the root causes of discomfort and empowering clients to move with ease.
