Phil is a registered massage therapist who was proudly born and raised here in Nanaimo, B.C. He earned his diploma in massage therapy from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria where he developed a great appreciation and deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based treatment. Phil is passionate about providing treatment with a performance focused intent to massage therapy, gearing his sessions towards athletic recovery, mobility, and supporting clients in their journey towards reaching their physical potential, whether they are athletes, weekend warriors, or clients that are simply trying to improve their quality of life. Prior to massage therapy, Phil obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria, and served in the infantry with the Canadian Armed Forces. He continues to make a daily effort to maintain his own fitness, with a special interest in weight lifting and boxing. Drawing from both personal experience and education, Phil tailors each massage treatment to meet the unique needs of every client.

Clients who book this service must have an open claim with ICBC. Please note: If you are within the first 12 weeks of your accident date, you are pre-approved for 12 (45min) RMT sessions and do not need to seek approval from your adjustor. If you do not have approved registered massage therapy sessions, please confirm with your adjustor beforehand. We are happy to submit a treatment plan request following your session, should you need it.
